The Brushworks Art & Industry Building is a unique multi-use Light Industrial complex, that has become the area’s premier location for local artists, designers, entrepreneurs, and the greater creative community. This sprawling converted factory, has a total of over 160,000 square-feet of space, and is comprised of studios, workshops, and galleries of varying size that are available for lease.
The historic structure has expanded several times from the original structure, which was first built in the 1860’s. Once home to the Pro Brush company, which manufactured toothbrushes and other plastic items, it now offers tenants an inspiring and convenient environment with which to work.
